Primary School Chinese Teacher, Dulwich College Singapore

Mr. Runzhen Zhai is currently a primary school Chinese teacher at Dulwich College Singapore and serves as the Project Lead for the "Mandarin Learning Principles" initiative. He primarily teaches Chinese to students in Grades 3 to 6 and brings over 14 years of experience in international Chinese language education.

He has taught across different grade levels, including Kindergarten through Grade 6, and has contributed to developing student-centered learning frameworks to optimize curriculum delivery and student engagement.

His expertise extends to project leadership, curriculum design, and teaching methodology, with a focus on fostering inquiry and curiosity in language learning.

He is passionate about integrating technology into teaching practices and has worked on international research projects related to Mandarin language acquisition.
